INCLEMENT/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Your safety, the safety of your children and our employees are important to us. Please be careful during adverse weather conditions.
- When in doubt, please call the center before leaving home to drop your child off to make sure we have staff at the center to provide care.
In the event of adverse weather conditions (i.e. snow, ice, etc.), the following procedures will be implemented:
Regular School Schedule:
- When schools are on a delayed opening, centers will be open for afternoons.
- When the schools are closed, then centers will also be closed.
- When schools close early, centers will also be closed.
The Corporate Office will be closed if the FWISD is closed. Parents and staff may view posted announcements on the home page of this website or call the Corp. Office (817) 923-9888 to hear a special phone message by 6:30 A.M.

Holiday Care Schedule:
|
- When schools are not in session, Management will determine the need to close centers by 6:30 A.M.
- Parents may be called to pick up their child/children early if inclement/severe weather comes during program time.
- Parents should call their center to learn if there is a delayed opening or if the center will be closed due to inclement/weather conditions.
- The Corporate Office will be closed if the City of Fort Worth closes. Parents and staff may view posted announcements on the homepage of this website or call the Corp. Office (817) 923-9888 to hear a special phone message by 6:30 A.M.
